The team delivered a new cross-channel learning service for Bulgari to allow this major luxury fashion brand to connect worldwide, share knowledge and communicate across their stores around the globe.

Working closely with teams from Italy, Spain, UK, Korea, China and Latam the team worked with colleagues to gather a deep understanding of their daily work and truly understand how this global company operates.

By listening to sales advisors and store managers to understand behaviours, attitudes and needs of the people who work directly with customers, the team uncovered several opportunities that served as the foundation for the project, a company wide community.
