The venture builder technology team worked with Amadeus with a very complex digital ecosystem, with more than 100 different websites and apps across countries, business units, specific themes (travel, development), etc.

The project started with deep research phases across +20 countries and +100 people to analyse the many different digital touchpoints and align all the internal product stakeholders.

The final outcome was a digital strategy definition, visual design and a new brand look and feel that aligned current and future digital touchpoints across their global network and brand ecosystem.
